*All the wood is precut, notched and interlocking
*Three 36”x36” vinyl double pane sliding windows with Argon gas and factory warranty, screens are standard.
Extra stock windows or custom windows can be incorporated at extra cost.
*One 34” steel half lite vented insulated door. Your choice of swinging in the left or to the right. Comes with factory warranty. Keyed hardware included.
Our standard door can be easily upgrade to either a 5’ or 6’ patio door or double French doors.
*1x4 T&G floor boards and sleepers
*2x8 Spruce roof beams
*1x10 pine roof boards
*All our loft beams are 2x8 stamped Spruce

*Manufactured at our facilities in the Ottawa area.
*DIY kits come with drawings and technical phone support.
PLEASE NOTE: We can also look after the complete build. We can provide precut PT foundation frame materials as well as a precut steel roofing. Colour of your choice. All at an extra cost.
PLESE NOTE; All our DIY kits and build bunkies, cabins and cottages are build to code. Permit drawings and engineered stamps are available if needed at an extra cost.
